Structural composition

Hydraulic system: provides power source for hydraulic pipe bending machine, mainly composed of oil tank, oil pump, oil cylinder, valves and oil pipes. By controlling the pressure and flow of hydraulic oil, the clamping, bending and reset actions of the pipe bending die are realized.
Control system: It is the operating core of the pipe bending machine, which is used to control the entire process of pipe bending, including setting parameters such as bending angle, speed, feed amount, and monitoring the operating status of the equipment. The control system can be a CNC system, a PLC control system or a simple electrical control system.
Working principle
The working principle of the pipe bending machine is to achieve the purpose of bending by applying external force to plastically deform the pipe. Taking the hydraulic pipe bending machine as an example, its working process is as follows: first, place the pipe in the pipe bending mold, and clamp the pipe by the clamping mold. Then start the hydraulic system, the oil pump delivers hydraulic oil to the oil cylinder, and the oil cylinder pushes the pipe bending mold to rotate around a fixed point, so that the pipe is gradually bent under the action of the mold. When the set bending angle is reached, the hydraulic system reverses the oil supply, the oil cylinder drives the pipe bending mold to reset, releases the clamping mold, and takes out the bent pipe.

Operation precautions
Safe operation: Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with the performance and operating procedures of the pipe bending machine. It is strictly forbidden to clean, repair or adjust the mold while the equipment is running to prevent accidents.
Mold installation and adjustment: When installing the mold, ensure that the mold is aligned with the center axis of the pipe bending machine, and tighten the mold fixing bolts according to the specified torque. When adjusting the mold gap, it is necessary to make precise adjustments according to the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe to avoid deformation or damage of the pipe due to excessive tightness or looseness of the mold.
Pipe preparation: The pipe should be pre-treated before bending, such as cutting, chamfering, cleaning, etc. The pipe port after cutting should be flat, without burrs and deformation to ensure good contact with the mold. At the same time, it is necessary to select appropriate pipe materials and specifications according to the bending requirements to avoid affecting the bending effect due to pipe quality problems.
Equipment maintenance and care: Regularly maintain the pipe bending machine and check whether the various components of the equipment are operating normally, such as the transmission system, hydraulic system, control system, etc. Clean the dust and oil on the surface of the equipment in time, add lubricating oil, and replace worn parts to extend the service life of the equipment.
